  • Authors retain full copyright of their work upon publication in JSDIO.
  • Authors grant JSDIO a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and archive the work as the first publisher.
  • JSDIO does not require copyright transfer to the journal or its publisher.
  • Authors are responsible for securing permissions for any third-party copyrighted material used in their manuscript and must provide proof upon request.

Licensing and Reuse

  • Authors may share, deposit, and reuse their published work (e.g., in repositories, personal websites, or future publications) under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license, with proper attribution to JSDIO.
  • Licensing terms are clearly stated in both HTML and PDF versions of each article.

Prepublication and Preprints

  • Authors may submit manuscripts previously posted on recognized preprint servers.
  • JSDIO provides clear guidance on acceptable prepublication formats and platforms.
